• What kind of wax do you use in your candles?

Our candles use a paraffin-soy blend.

• Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our candles are vegan and cruelty-free.

• How long do your candles burn?

The burn time varies depending on the size of the candle, and is listed on each product page.

• Do your candles contain phthalates?

No, our candles are phthalate-free. All of our fragrance oils are also free of carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, and acute toxins.

• How do I care for my candle?

For optimal burn, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each lighting. Keep the candle away from drafts and flammable objects. Burn the candle within sight and never leave it unattended.

• Can I return or exchange a candle?

If your order arrives damaged or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Shipping and Orders

• How long does shipping take?

We offer shipping through USPS- USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. All orders are shipped on Mondays to limit transit time. We don't want any candles getting trapped in a hot truck over the weekend.

• Do you ship internationally?

Currently we do not ship internationally.

• How do I track my order?

Once the shipping label is created, you'll receive an email with the tracking information.

• I never received my order. What should I do?

Please contact us and we'll work with USPS to track down the package or send a replacement.

Candle Care and Safety

• How do I prevent tunneling?

Make sure your first burn is for at least 1-2 hours so the melt pool has time to establish.

• What is the best way to extinguish a candle?

Use a candle snuffer! We offer many varieties of candle extinguishers. Blowing out pillar candles can cause wax to overflow and is highly discouraged.

• Is it safe to burn a candle all day?

Please don't! Please limit your candle sessions to 4 hours at a time.
